We are nearly half way through January 2021! What?!? I can hardly believe it. If one of your resolutions was to pay more attention to things that matter most, did you include your website?
It also needs love and one of the first things to check after the New Year is the website footer. Why does that matter? When your readers notice an outdated year in the footer they might think your website content is out of date. It’s a small thing that can do a lot of damage, but really really easy to fix.
So one of the first things you should do after the New Year holidays is to check the year in the footer of the website, or any other place that might have it, and make sure it reflects the new year.
